Terms of use

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the terms of use of the online store yeezyboost.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and establishes the rights and obligations of Users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the owner of the site.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Site, the User confirms that he/she has read the terms of this Agreement and agrees with them. 1.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User must stop using the Site.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

2.1. The User has the right:

2.2. The User undertakes to:

• Restrict access to the Site or its parts in the event of violation of the terms of the Agreement by the User.

3. Protection of personal data

3.1. The User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

4. Responsibility of the parties

4.1. The owners of the site are not responsible for any losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Site or the inability to use it.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. 5.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
