Public offer agreement
This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”, “Agreement”) is a public offer by SECTION GLOBAL LLC to enter into a retail sale and purchase agreement for goods remotely through the website yeezyboost.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
Offer Acceptance: Placing an order on the Website and/or paying for it. Upon acceptance, a contractual relationship between the Buyer and Seller arises under the terms of this Offer. The parties acknowledge the legal force of electronic orders, notifications, and payments.
1. Terms and parties
- Seller : SECTION GLOBAL LLC (see section 11).
- Buyer – an individual or legal entity who has accepted the Offer and placed an Order.
- Product – item(s) in the Site catalogue.
- Showroom/pick-up point in Ukraine – a service location for fitting, pick-up, and return; not the Seller's legal address (see Section 12).
2. Placing an order
- Add the Product to your cart, fill in your contact information and confirm your Order.
- The seller confirms availability and shipping conditions. If unavailable, an alternative or refund will be offered.
- If a technical error occurs (price/description/availability), the Order can be cancelled with a full refund (see section 6).
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are indicated in hryvnia and are valid at the time of placing the Order.
- Payment methods: online (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay/Google Pay via WayForPay), cash on delivery, cashless payments for legal entities.
- Payment service fees and carrier rates are paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant services.
Payment partner in Ukraine
Payments in hryvnia are accepted by our payment service partner, Dmitry Valerievich Petrenko, a sole proprietor (funds acceptance agent). Payments may appear on your statement as payments to Petrenko or to the WayForPay service.
4. Delivery
- Delivery throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta service (branch/post office/address delivery).
- Statuses and estimated dates are tracked using the consignment note after the shipment is created.
- The risk of accidental damage/loss passes to the Buyer upon actual receipt of the parcel from the carrier.
5. Acceptance of goods
- Please check the completeness, appearance and compliance with the order upon receipt.
- In case of damage or discrepancy, please record this with the carrier and notify the Seller as soon as possible.
6. Returns and exchanges
- Goods of proper quality: returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days, provided they are in their original condition, packaging, and tags. The cost of the item is refunded, excluding the original shipping. Return shipping and reshipping for exchanges are at the buyer's expense.
- Defective goods: return delivery and re-shipment are at the Seller’s expense (subject to agreement, shipping is at the recipient’s expense).
- Refund period: by the same payment method (if available) or another agreed upon method – up to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the return.
- Detailed step-by-step instructions (contact e-mail, shipping address, packaging requirements) are provided on the "Returns and Exchanges" page of the Website.
7. Personal data
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy and is used for order processing, delivery, and service messages.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The materials on the Website (text, photos, design, logos, etc.) are protected by law. Any unauthorized use is permitted only with the written consent of the copyright holder.
9. Liability and force majeure
- The Seller's liability is limited to the actual cost of the relevant Order.
- The seller is not responsible for the operation of payment services, carriers, or other events beyond its control.
- In the event of force majeure circumstances, the deadlines for fulfilling obligations may be changed for the duration of such circumstances.
10. Dispute resolution
- The parties use negotiations and the claim procedure to resolve disputes.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be considered in the competent court at the place of registration of the Seller or in another manner agreed upon by the parties.

13. Offer Update
- The current version is always published on the website and applies from the moment of publication.
- Confirmed Orders are executed under the terms and conditions in effect at the time of confirmation.
