Using this number, you can always track the location of your goods, the date of its arrival and the cost of delivery on the website of the company "Novaya Pochta".Payment for goods:
- Payment for the goods occurs upon receipt (cash on delivery) - in cash/by card at a Nova Poshta branch, or to a Nova Poshta courier;
- The cost of delivery is paid by the client upon receipt, separately from the cost of the parcel at the rates of "Nova Poshta". In some cases, to place an order, an advance payment of up to 200 UAH may be required for delivery;
- At your request - the goods can be paid for in advance (prepayment), then you will save significantly on the cost of delivery. But by default, all parcels are sent to customers with cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the goods after inspection and trying on shoes);
- The goods are delivered only by the delivery service "Nova Poshta", there is no self-pickup. This has a positive effect on the pricing policy of the store.
