Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges

1) Submission deadline

You can initiate a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

2) What is needed for acceptance?

  • The product has no signs of use , is clean and comes with a complete set.
  • Original packaging and factory labels are preserved.
  • Please include a copy of your purchase receipt/invoice or order number .

3) If the size/color does not fit (good quality)

  • Return shipping is paid by the Buyer .
  • The Buyer pays for re-shipment in case of exchange.

4) If a defect or assembly error (poor quality) is detected

  • Return shipping is paid by the Seller (please arrange for the return shipping to be paid by the recipient ).
  • The seller pays for re-shipment in case of exchange.
  • Before sending, please be sure to send a photo/video of the defect and the condition of the packaging.

5) Payment of funds

  • Method: the same method used for payment (cash/card/WayForPay/transfer). If there was a cash on delivery charge, a refund will be made to your bank account ( IBAN ).
  • Deadline: up to 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
  • When exchanging, we send a new pair after receiving and checking the returned item, provided that the correct size is available.

6) Step-by-step instructions

  1. Send an email to yzbua@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return [order number]" or "Exchange [order number]" . Please include your full name, phone number, city, order number, model/size, reason for request (wrong size/color, defective item), preferred size for exchange (if exchanging), and IBAN for return (if returning). If you are reporting a defect, please include a photo/video.
  2. Prepare the shipment: do not attach the consignment note to the branded box – use the shipping box; place the product, all attachments (tags/strings), and a copy of the receipt or order number sheet inside.
  3. Send your parcel via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta using one of the options below.
  4. Wait for confirmation of receipt and verification results. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, or the pair will be sent for exchange after verification.

8) Important

  • We do not accept items with signs of wear/washing, damage, foreign odors, or traces of cosmetics.
  • We do not accept goods with incomplete assembly or in a damaged/sealed branded box.
