DETERMINE SIZE:

It's fundamental to measure the length of your foot (see the "Determine Size" page for measuring instructions). Compare your foot length to the shoe size chart. Don't worry about parameters like width and instep; firstly, shoes are flexible, and secondly, these parameters are always directly proportional to the size. It's not recommended to measure the insole, as the insole's curve can easily lead to errors. Regardless of gender and age, sizes smaller than 40 are appropriate for teenagers and men, and larger than 41 are appropriate for women.
